The UL Lafayette Geology program received a $21,735 gift from the McCasland Foundation!
The McCasland Foundation was established on December 26, 1950, by T.H. McCasland, founder of Mack Energy Co.

This gift starts a new project titled "Field Experiences for Active Scientists of Tomorrow" (FEAST). This initiative will allow our Cajun Geologists to explore the amazing Geology of Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas to complement their field experience.

We are all very grateful for this generous gift and look forward to increasing our synergies with the McCasland Foundation.
