EVOLVE
The Society of Exploration Geophysicists EVOLVE is a noncompetitive, hands-on program that exposes students to real-world projects and to the integrated use of seismic, wireline, core, production, and other associated data. The data are analyzed within the context of exploration, reservoir appraisal, field development planning, and production enhancement scenarios.

Using the iEnergy® Halliburton Landmark DecisionSpace Cloud Platform or locally-installed Petrel, Kingdom or DecisionSpace software, students utilize modern technology and through experiential learning recommend the “Best Investment Opportunity” in their assigned dataset.
EVOLVE participants are encouraged to collaborate with other teams and ask questions to industry mentors so as to make the most out of the program.
At the end of the EVOLVE program, the participating teams will give technical presentations of their projects to an executive committee then present at the SEG annual meeting
